Mont Gérard stands alone and forms part of the Mille Etangs area in Haute-Saône. The estate covers 20 hectares and features its own 7-hectare lake, woodland and pastures (for horses and cattle). The farmhouse is occupied by the owners, whilst the ‘Hüsi’ is available to rent. Hikers, motorcyclists, cyclists and horse riders (horses welcome) will find this an area offering a wealth of possibilities. Fishing and swimming are available in the private lake. A barbecue and outdoor seating are available for use. Sauna. The accommodation The ‘Hüsi’ is a renovated and partly newly built property with 3 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet, and can accommodate up to four people. It covers an area of approximately 65m² and is situated on the first floor. The ground floor comprises workshops and cellars. From the large panoramic window in the living room, you can enjoy views of the pastures and the pond. There is solid pine flooring throughout the house.
