Enjoy spacious accommodation (90m2) in a renovated farmhouse with large covered terrace, garden and secure garage at the start of the mille étangs. Shops 5 minutes away, 30 minutes from the Luxeuil les Bains thermal baths and 1 hour from Gerardmer. Hiking, ideal starting point for discovering the ponds, mountain biking, cycle touring and canoeing/kayaking 30 minutes away, summer swimming pool 10 minutes away and annual indoor pool 15 minutes away. Genevrey golf course 30 minutes away. Accommodation: Hallway with wall-mounted coat hooks. Large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave... Roller shutter. The other is smaller, with chest of drawers, mirror and velux window with electric blind. A separate WC on the first floor. The covered terrace has a large table and relaxing area. Access for travellers : All the accommodation can be used according to their needs. The garage is secured by a roller shutter and an electric sectional door. It contains a workbench and a compressor for motorbike and bicycle maintenance. Shelf for helmets and coat rack. Other remarks : No pets, possibly on request if well behaved.
