Virginie, a young snail farmer who recently settled in her village, Choye, raises snails in the middle of a wooded park, near a stream, and her organic production brings her closer to her values related to nature. With the help of a small trailer, she travels to markets, participates in festive events and also sells directly at the mill. The snails are processed on the spot into a variety of original products, often inspired by plants in nature. Visits to the parks can be arranged by appointment.
