Description
OKALI brings Gaëlle and Florent together to play a sensitive, spellbinding blend of African influences and neo-trip-hop.
Free admission.
OKALI brings together singer Gaëlle and musician Florent in a project that blends African influences and neo-trip-hop.
Carried by Gaëlle's voice, which sings in English, Eton, Zulu and increasingly in French, the duo develop a music with rhythms close to a gentle trance, where languor and depth find their place. The lyrics, marked by humanism and love, take shape on Florent's compositions, in a free approach, without recipe or dogma.
OKALI is also a wider artistic project, combining music, images, fashion and drawings. On stage and on screen, from The Voice to Arte Concert, the duo's sensitive, heartfelt performances are sure to win you over.
Admission free.
