Belfort Puppet Theatre and the Une poignée d’images theatre company.

In a bustling bakery, two pastry chefs are crafting much more than just bread: they are bringing stories to life. But something strange happens: the galette comes to life! Curious and intrepid, Roule-Galette runs away to discover the world. During her journey, she meets several fairy-tale characters: the White Rabbit, always in a hurry, who never takes the time to stop; the Wolf, sensitive and misunderstood, who suffers from not being taken seriously; Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother, here portrayed as dangerous and predatory; the Donkey and the Bremen Town Musicians, who learn to listen to one another and make music together. Through these encounters, Roule-Galette discovers different ways of living and seeing the world: running without stopping, frightening others, cooperating, or simply being together. Roule-Galette realises that travelling is wonderful, but that she also misses the comfort and warmth of home. How will Galette’s adventure end? You’re in for a surprise.
