Metal sculpture exhibition at the buffet and refreshment bar in Plancher-Bas
The Terre de 2 Mains association, in collaboration with Plancher Bas Town Hall and the company Derichbourg, is organising the 3rd edition of the “RECUP ART FEST” on 5 and 6 September 2026 at the Georges Brassens Hall in Plancher Bas 70290
Our association, chaired by the visual artist François Dos Santos Viana (Etobon), aims to make art more accessible in rural areas and to encourage interaction between the public and artists.
Throughout the weekend, professional visual artists from all over France will gather around a skip full of scrap metal and sculpt the material live.
The close proximity of visitors encourages interaction with the performing artists.
Before the public’s very eyes, the artists breathe new life into discarded materials, challenging our consumer society and its excesses.
See the beauty beyond the material, and feel the artist’s sensitivity and commitment.
The venue will open its doors at 10.00 am on 5 September
Exhibition hall, drinks bar and light refreshments.
On the 5th at 7.00 pm, a concert featuring “True Bad Hour”
Buffet and drinks bar.
