Description
Roselyne has been a hobby beekeeper for over 10 years, and she set up her first beehives to pollinate her orchard, which is mainly made up of old varieties.
There are over 300 trees to pollinate, including apple, pear, cherry, plum, peach, persimmon and grape vines!
Today, the apiary has around 20 hives in various locations in Haute-Saône. The largest apiary is located in the richly wooded area known as "des Correy" (Acacias, Hawthorns, Dogwoods, etc.). To delight your taste buds, a number of beehives have also been set up in the forests of the Vosges Saônoises.
It offers a variety of honeys: spring, acacia, all-flower, summer and forest honeys from the Vosges Saônoises.
