To get the new year off to a good start, Sandrine Humbert is offering a half-day session dedicated to reconnecting with your body and your breathing.
On the programme:
mindful breathing,
gentle movements,
visualisation,
grounding exercises,
creating a ritual to mark the start of the new year.
