When: Every Monday morning, from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Dates: From 20 April to 11 May (cycle of 4 sessions).
Venue: Centre Culturel, Social et de Loisirs (5 rue des Loisirs, 70190 Rioz).
Public: Over 60s.
